Formed from high-performance polyester filter media, it has a large amount of fiber surface area and intersections. The intricate fiber structure retains more dirt with less resistance.

Used as pre-filters, the commercial, industrial, and premium grade Synthetic Media provides extra protection in high air volume equipment.

Available in rolls and pads. With optional tack. Thicknesses of 1”, 2”, and 4”

This filter media is easy to handle, lightweight, and soft, making it easy to transport. It can be used in normal environmental conditions ranging from -40°F to 220°F without deterioration or failure of the media. Available in rolls or pads in different sizes according to the needs of each user, WITH AND WITHOUT TACK.

The synthetic fibers of the Macrofilter® RO filters are assembled in a blend that promotes dust filtration and low initial resistance.

The media treatment allows us to offer the product in:

• White
• Blue and white with tack

The tack process includes polymerization with low molecular weight unsaturated hydrocarbon to retain and hold small contaminant particles, preventing them from passing into the ventilation system.

They can be used in cuts or with a frame according to the multiple application options.

Application:

The filter media of the SYNTHETIC MEDIA ROLLS AND PADS are widely used in commercial HVAC systems and unitary equipment involving medium to heavy dirt load conditions. They function as excellent pre-filters and remove larger and heavier particles that quickly saturate high-efficiency filters.

These filter media are designed for installation in pads (cuts) or permanent metal frames. By using pads and/or frames instead of disposable panel filters, substantial cost savings can be achieved after just a few changes.
