Synthetic media filter with reinforced frame, used for the retention of contaminant particles such as insects, coarse dust, spray paint at air outlets in paint booths, pollen, etc. It is used in the first phase of air filtration in HVAC systems.

• Available in single or multiple panels.
• Its construction prevents bypass.
• MERV ratings: 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
• Easy to store and install in filtration systems.

Prefilters or low-efficiency filters, such as panels or synthetic media links, are economical and designed for general use. They are made with two pieces of synthetic media sewn or heat-sealed together with a metal frame around them as internal support. Available in two variants, with or without adhesive (tack), which helps the media optimize dust retention.

The panels or links are available in standard and custom sizes, manufactured in our plant in Puebla, according to your specific needs. The panels or links can be separated or continuous and are used with perimeter-access housings or supports, as they eliminate leaks between each filter.
