Mini-Pleat ULPA type filter, high capacity hot-melt separator. Bi-component resin perimeter seal with Filter element with high efficiency glass microfiber filter media for clean rooms or white rooms.

MINI PLEAT ULPA FILTER
Macrofilter® filters are designed for use in high temperature applications, up to 80°C. The filter media package of this filter is made of a special extended microfiber with a fiberglass base. The ULPA Macrofilter® FILTER has a filter element with microfiber glass media and aluminum separator and the following characteristics
- Extruded anodized aluminum frame.
- Configurations without header and with one or two headers in 4”, 6” and 12” depth.
- Epoxy seal or gel seal to ensure filtration.
Efficiency from 99.995% up to 99.999995%.
EFFICIENCY TABLE
The filter media is attached to a sturdy aluminized steel frame with a U-channel. On the air outlet side, an expanded metal surface protector secures the filter media package in case of elevated temperatures.
